Deep cleaning facials, educational skin care, waxing, eyebrow shaping...
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got my firs pimples at 13 years old, but thanks to a local aesthetician got helped in time. Ever since then wanted to help other people to get healthy skin. In Russia where I'm from you have to have medical background in order to get into aesthetic training. So, I became a nurse. I specialized in physiotherapy for 11 years.
I work as a skin care specialist since 1991.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Every facial is a deep evaluation of your skin. You're sent home with written instructions on your regimen, and a full supply good for about 4 days. After your first facial with me it is. Then you report on your skin condition and we go from there. Scientific approach, I guess. So, people, as a result, get real improvement.
Sensitive skin is my specialty.
Also, if you are embarrassed of your feet - don't be. Let me take care of them, and you'll finally like them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work from home, and are not interested to expand. It is a cozy tiny mouse-hole, and I want to keep it this way. Very private.

The salon does not have a sign do to city's restrictions. So, you can't tell from outside. 120 Seminole Avenue, Waltham, MA is a small pink ranch. There are no more pink houses around, so you won't miss it.

What are your hours of operation?
We can agree on time - I see people by appointment. You can call me between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. on the week days, but please, don't call before 10 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
It does not mean that I would not see you before 10, it means that somebody else may sleep in the house.

"I feel so much better than before I met you! And I make more money, too!"
