Springwell is a private, non-profit agency whose mission is to help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain living independently in their own home.
We serve all elders, individuals with disabilities and their families regardless of financial situation or level of need.
Springwell is the ASAP (Aging Services Access Point) and AAA (Area Agency on Aging)for eight towns (Belmont, Brookline, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley and Weston) and a part of Metrowest ADRC (Aging Disability Resource Consortium). Springwell has a number of programs including the State-subsidized Home Care Program, CHOICES, Home-delivered Meals, Family Caregiver Support Program, PCA Program, Adult Fostercare and Protective Services.
